2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical information that your browser sends (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, referring page). This is necessary to deliver the website securely and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). The data is not combined with other sources and is deleted by the host after a short period. A data processing agreement with IONOS is in place.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or social-media plugins. Fonts are stored on this server, so no data is sent to Google or other third parties when the page loads.

4. Contacting the owner

If you contact us by email, your message and contact details are used only to answer your enquiry about the property (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are deleted once the enquiry is concluded, unless legal retention periods apply.
