An
Unscanned System is an Infection Waiting to Happen
If you think your UNIX
system is virus-free, remember, you may have PCs, Macintoshes or Amigas
in your client/server environment too. Destructive viruses for these
systems can migrate to UNIX platforms and stay dormant until they are
passed to their target machines. Most virus scanners limit themselves
to the platform they run on. VFind is the only virus scanner that can
find PC viruses hiding on your UNIX file servers before they are passed
to their target machines. VFind protects networks, servers,
workstations and yes, even remotely mounted file systems.
Simultaneously scans for UNIX, MS-DOS, Windows NT, Windows 95,
Macintosh, Amiga, Macro and Java viruses, Trojan Horses, Worms
and Logic Bombs on your Unix or Windows NT/95 system.
It comes in three different editions:
VFind Security Toolkit - Standard Edition
The VFind Toolkit is a fully featured set of computer security tools
that include the VFind antivirus module, CVDL pattern analysis
function, CIT - Cryptographic Integrity Tool, THD - Trojan Horse
Detector and the UAD - universal decomposition and identification tool.
VFind Security Toolkit - Professional Edition
VFind Professional includes everything in the VFind Toolkit, along with
new additional tools. The first of these tools is Avatar. Avatar
automatically checks files in a file system for which it has
responsibility and automatically corrects any damage to these files
without the need for human intervention. The process can be used in a
fully automated mode executed by time-controlled processes such as
UNIX's cron, or it can be
invoked as part of a stimulus response from other packages such as
VFind, CIT or third party products.
VFind Special Editon
The VFind Special Edition product is basically a fixed fee system
integration product. This is very unusual in the system integration
business and CyberSoft can only do it because we are the manufacturer
of the product. Customers who need system integration or special
can now have them with full factory support.
